Dr. Rubin (Dentist Emeritus) is a life-long resident of the North Shore of Long Island. He completed his undergraduate studies, with honors, at the University of Pennsylvania in 1977. He continued at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 1981. In 1982, he completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Pennsylvania Dental Care Center.
Dr. Rubin is dedicated to providing his patients with the highest quality of preventative and restorative dental care, and "100% dental health" is his goal. Through closely supervised relationships with periodontists, endodontists, and oral surgeons, Dr. Rubin is able to provide as well as coordinate all aspects of his patient's care.
For those patients desiring minor cosmetic improvements, or even a "celebrity makeover", Dr. Rubin is devoted to providing lifelike cosmetic restorations. Through the use of digital x-rays and state of the art computer analysis, planning the placement of dental implants with surgeons is accurate and effective as possible.
Dr. Rubin is also certified in Invisalign and uses it to improve the smiles of adults of all ages. In addition, Invisalign is a fabulous tooth repositioning tool, useful in improving results in cosmetic dentistry and porcelain veneer cases.
